Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate effectively across teams and assist end-users
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data interpretation
  • Administrative Assistance experience, including managing multi-tiered systems and configuration tasks
  • Understanding of Finance principles or related experience is a plus
  • Knowledge or certification in Splunk Enterprise or related tools is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to prioritize and work within deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
