BillingPlatform Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience in SF Revenue Cloud Billing and Salesforce CPQ. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts focusing on developing and optimizing billing platforms. Experience in Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. The role does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SF Revenue Cloud Billing solutions to enhance billing processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce CPQ with existing systems ensuring seamless operations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for billing platform enhancements.
• Implement best practices in Salesforce development to ensure high-quality code and system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce CPQ and billing platforms minimizing downtime.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation of billing systems.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates applying relevant changes to improve system functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers promoting continuous improvement.
• Document technical specifications and user guides for developed solutions ensuring clear communication.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to meet business needs.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes impacting customer satisfaction.
• Support the Asset & Wealth Management domain by leveraging domain knowledge to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in SF Revenue Cloud Billing and Salesforce CPQ with proven experience in implementation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in billing platform development ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Exhibit knowledge of Asset & Wealth Management applying domain skills to enhance project outcomes.
• Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks efficiently.
