Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Bhopal. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting product demonstrations, managing customer inquiries, and collaborating with team members to align with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer relationship management skills, including client engagement and negotiation.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, market trends, and product promotion techniques.
  • Proficiency in using sales tracking tools or CRM software is preferred.
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment and travel locally as required.
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Background in the wellness or spiritual products sector is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is preferred but not required with strong experience.
