• Oversee manpower planning, deployment & organizational cultur

• Drive business development & strategic expansion initiative

• Manage resources, budgets & execution performan

• Minimum 10+ years experience in NDT with proven leadershi

• Level II/III certification in UT / RT / MT / PT /

VT
• Must have handled major EPC projects involving NDT an

d PWH

• Must have experience managing major Turnarounds/Shutdowns with 200+ technician

• Knowledge of multiple access methods (Scaffolding, Rope Access) is a plu

s
• Strong background in manpower management & technical trainin

g
• Proven capability in NDT operations, client coordination & quality system

• Excellent planning, communication & people-leadership skill
