Job Overview
WebGuruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive / Senior BDE to expand our client base and drive revenue growth for our IT services and digital solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels
- Identify and qualify potential clients for IT services and digital marketing solutions
- Conduct client discussions to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client data in CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Executive / Senior BDE
- Strong experience in selling IT services, digital marketing, or software solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Confident personality with a result-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle clients independently
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience with international clients is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM and sales tools
- Local candidates from Mohali/Tricity preferred
