Interview Confirmation Email:
Position: HR Recruiter
Organization: ITM Group of Institutions
Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off, Sundays Off)
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM

Preferred Skills:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage recruitment processes independently and efficiently
- Experience using job portals like Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various recruitment platforms
- Coordinate and conduct telephonic and in-person interviews
- Create and manage job postings across multiple portals
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring
- Participate in campus recruitment drives and manage interview logistics
- Prepare and manage HR documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates)
- Maintain and update MIS reports and Excel trackers
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Ensure timely closure of all open positions
