FAT Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Final Assembly Testing of all equipment at our factory.
• Travel all over India and export for service activity of pharma lab machines.
• Check job related documents like MOM, Packing list, Compliance, utility check list ,P&ID and GA drawing before visit to client.
• At site take care about packing boxes and it shifting up to last location.
• After installation verification of all materials as per packing list and report to be sign from client.
• During commissioning as per our documents start machine and verify the all reports before client checking.
• For any deviation, inform to superior on same day.
• During warranty time follow up with client for machine feed back.
• Follow up for spares requirement of his area. For loan base material, he has to follow all activity in accurate.
• During AMC visit he has to visit with check list and daily reports should be prepared accordingly.
• Open service call in accurate, after visit- entry of visit report and voucher to be make in accurate.
• All service related reports he has to scan and save to daily report folder job wise.
• Follow ISO 9000 process and conduct all activity mentioned in it.
• Ready for any job rotation or new responsibility.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work at client sites.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical
