About the Role
We are launching a direct MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) with T-Mobile (USA) and EE (UK) and are hiring an MVNO Operations & Integration Manager to be based in our Gurgaon office.
This role is at the heart of building our MVNO platform — managing back-end systems, operator integrations, and day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth and profitable launch.
Key Responsibilities
• MVNO Systems & Integration
• Lead technical integration with T-Mobile (USA) and EE (UK).
• Oversee provisioning, billing, OSS/BSS, and CRM systems setup.
• Manage SIM lifecycle processes (activation, porting, roaming, suspension).
• Operations Management
• Ensure accurate billing, rating, and wholesale reporting.
• Track and optimize KPIs such as ARPU, churn, and cost per user.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with host operators and vendors.
• Commercial & Partner Coordination
• Work closely with operator account managers to maintain SLAs.
• Support commercial negotiations with technical inputs.
• Ensure compliance with telecom regulations in India, USA, and UK.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Customer Service to enable smooth provisioning and issue resolution.
• Work with Finance teams on billing, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Provide technical insights to Sales & Product for new offers.
Ideal Profile
• 5–10 years' experience in MVNO/MVNE/MNO operations (integration, OSS/BSS, provisioning, billing).
• Hands-on experience with MVNO launches or similar telecom system integrations.
• Familiarity with Tier-1 carriers such as T-Mobile, EE, Vodafone, Airtel, or Jio.
• Strong mix of technical execution and commercial understanding.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon
