Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Employee based in Mainpuri. The Office Employee will perform daily administrative tasks, manage office operations, handle customer service inquiries, maintain records, assist with accounting tasks, and ensure smooth execution of routine office functions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to organize and manage office operations seamlessly.
- Basic Accounting knowledge to assist in financial documentation and processes.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and office equipment handling is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or related fields are beneficial.
