Job Title: Product Management - Core Insurance Modules

Role Summary:

As a
Product Manager
for our insurance modules modernization initiative, you will be a key player in transforming our core systems. You will partner with a subject matter expert (SME) to lead the modernization of critical insurance modules, bringing a fresh perspective and a strong background in technology-driven product development.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with a dedicated SME to understand existing policy administration, claims, and reinsurance systems.
• Define the product vision and roadmap for the modernization of core insurance modules.
• Translate business needs and legacy system capabilities into clear, actionable requirements for a new, modern platform.
• Drive the product development process from ideation through to launch and optimization, working closely with engineering and architecture teams.
• Ensure the new modules are scalable, flexible, and integrate seamlessly with other systems.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, technical complexity, and stakeholder feedback.
• Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring the modernized modules improve efficiency and experience for all users.

What skills required?

• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong background in the insurance domain, with deep knowledge of policy administration, claims, and reinsurance.
• Proven experience in core system modernization or large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and managing complex product backlogs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to partner effectively with a technical SME.
