About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead the end-to-end development of our Android and iOS based
Dating/Matrimonial Application
. The ideal candidate will have
proven prior experience in successfully managing and delivering dating or matrimonial apps
, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and smooth coordination between cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    planning, execution, and delivery
    of Android & iOS application projects.
  • Work closely with
    designers, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders
    to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage the
    entire app development lifecycle
    , from requirement gathering to release and post-launch improvements.
  • Ensure
    UI/UX standards, scalability, and security compliance
    specific to dating/matrimonial platforms.
  • Handle
    Agile/Scrum practices
    , sprint planning, and progress tracking.
  • Identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure projects are delivered
    within budget and timelines
    .
  • Keep updated with the latest
    mobile app trends, dating/matrimonial app features, and security measures
    .

Requirements

  • Proven experience
    (3–6 years) in managing
    dating/matrimonial mobile app projects
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    mobile app development lifecycle
    (Android & iOS).
  • Familiar with
    app integrations
    such as chat, video call, payment gateways, and matchmaking algorithms.
  • Excellent
    project management skills
    with tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of
    Agile methodologies
    .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work from
    Noida office (on-site role)
    .
