Secure Issuance (SI):

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies for government and enterprise verticals, including market segmentation, benchmarking, and targeted outreach.
- Identify, qualify, and close opportunities for desktop and decentralized ID card issuance, HID Fargo Connect, and cloud-based ID card solutions.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of projects in government agencies, ministries, public sector organizations, and large enterprises.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to define and position solutions that meet the unique needs of government and enterprise customers.
- Prepare and manage proposals for new and existing clients, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and compliance standards.
- Cultivate relationships with key partners, system integrators, and high-value project stakeholders in the government and enterprise space.
- Provide technical and consultative support throughout the sales cycle, including solution demonstrations and integration discussions.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities in the secure issuance space, especially as they relate to government and enterprise needs.
- Advise channel sales teams on strategies to win high-value projects in target verticals. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings relevant to government and enterprise secure issuance.

- Revenue Growth: Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets for government and enterprise verticals.
- New Account Acquisition: Number of new government and enterprise accounts secured per quarter.
- Pipeline Development: Maintain and grow a qualified sales pipeline with a specified in identified verticals.
- Solution Adoption: Increase the adoption rate of HID Fargo Connect issuance solutions, HDP and DTC printers among target customers.
- Project Win Rate: Percentage of proposals and bids converted into successful projects within the government and enterprise sectors.
- Customer Retention: Retain and expand business with existing key accounts.
- Partner Engagement: Number of new strategic partnerships or system integrator collaborations established in the region.
- Market Intelligence: Frequency and quality of market trend, competitor, and regulatory updates provided to management.
- Sales Cycle Efficiency: Reduce average sales cycle time for complex solution sales in government and enterprise segments.
- Training & Enablement: Number of training sessions or enablement activities conducted for channel partners and internal teams on HID Fargo Connect and cloud solutions.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in sales or business development in high-tech, secure issuance, or related fields, with a strong track record in government and/or enterprise sales.
- Demonstrated experience with desktop and decentralized ID card issuance, and cloud-based ID card solutions is desirable.
- Ability to sell on value, not price
- Strong technical aptitude; ability to understand and communicate complex solution architectures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (other regional languages a plus).
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers in government and enterprise environments.
- Analytical skills for market and business analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Experience working with global teams and partners.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil a plus
- Marketing or product marketing experience a plus
- Direct experience in smart card application a plus
Work Environment & Requirements
- Regular travel and fieldwork, including international travel. Therefore, employee must possess or be able to acquire a valid passport.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant operating systems.
- Compliance with all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
