We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling procurement activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day purchase operations
  • Prepare and maintain purchase orders and related documentation
  • Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, follow-ups, and deliveries
  • Maintain purchase records and vendor databases
  • Communicate with internal departments to understand material requirements
  • Use MS Excel and Outlook for reporting and communication

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com)
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred (freshers may also apply)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Office Outlook
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
