Procurement & Purchase Manager

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to be part of our sourcing, vendor development, and price negotiation functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in purchasing for Manufacturing , Electrical or Electronics industries, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of industrial product categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors, distributors, and stockists across multiple industrial product categories.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements to ensure cost efficiency and reliability.
- Manage procurement for a wide range of categories — consumables, MRO items, electricals, mechanical parts, tools, and raw materials.
- Build strong supplier relationships to secure the best commercial terms and consistent supply.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely sourcing and fulfillment of customer orders.
- Track market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to optimize procurement strategies.
- Implement procurement processes and tools to improve efficiency, quality, and transparency.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchase functions within manufacturing, engineering, or electronics sectors.
- Strong industry network with vendors and distributors across industrial categories.
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage supplier relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using digital procurement systems or inventory management tools is a plus.
