Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Procurement Manager from the food and hospitality industry who can take charge of our sourcing, vendor management, and inventory systems. The right candidate will not only handle procurement operations but also set up and lead a small, efficient procurement & inventory team from the ground up.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchase within the F&B / restaurant / hotel industry.
  • Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Procurement management
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and vendor management skills.

Working knowledge of inventory software (e.g., Posist, Zoho Inventory, Petpooja, etc.) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Madurai
