Job Role: Graphic designer / Video Editor

Location - Nagpur

Minimum Exp - Fresher

Responsibilities:


• Social Media & Content Strategy: Develop and manage our social media presence,

marketing content, and email campaigns in alignment with brand voice and

business goals.


• Content & Design Creation: Create engaging content and simple graphics for

marketing materials such as infographics, postcards, information sheets, and

social posts.


• Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries across social platforms with

timely, thoughtful, and accurate communicationaiming for resolution within the

channel itself, without redirection


• Community Experience: Build trust and rapport with our online community by

encouraging engagement, addressing concerns, and sharing meaningful content.


• Collaborative Events: Plan and support events (digital and in-person) that align with

our brand missionreviving lost arts and creating spaces for community

connection.


• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs across social and content efforts, analyzing

engagement, reach, and audience feedback to continuously refine the strategy.

Qualifications Required:


• Proven experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing


• Strong communication and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail


• Basic graphic design ability (Canva, Adobe, etc.)


• Comfortable handling customer concerns with empathy and professionalism


• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and platforms
