Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Business Development Manager role at any Location. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the company's market presence. Daily tasks will include market research, networking, and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. The role also involves collaborating with the engineering and product teams to align business objectives with customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
  • Strong market research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
  • Knowledge of software development processes, including SaaS, ERP, and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
