Your key responsibilities will be:Job Description:Business Partnering and Contract ManagementTeam member of Account Relationship Team with clientInteraction with different stakeholders including third-party service providers/vendors and key client personnelExpense and debtors managementSetting, review and monitoring of financial key performance indicatorsResolving system issuesProcess improvementsEnsure the Finance team assists with on-going cost saving projects, including identification, monitoring and analysis.Invoice Payments & BillingsManage Vendor PaymentsManage Client BillingsSupport and maintain all necessary guidelines and manuals associated with the accounts payable / receivable processAccountable for the timely coordination of the JLL invoice processing and monitoring the accounts receivable ensuring management of JLL cash flowReporting/Forecasting/PlanningMonthly, quarterly & ad hoc reporting and variance analyses for client and corporate requirements, Annual budget & quarterly forecasts for both client and corporateWorking closely with the local country Finance teams on profitability/revenue variances, issues and other requirements and taskReviewing and monitoring of potential risk and opportunities within the accountPerform sensitivity analysis and scenario modelling where requestedGeneral Ledger Management, Policies & Procedures & AuditManagement of Month End processResponsible in ensuring month end closing procedures are properly performed and investigated i.e. Bank Reconciliation, GRNVEnsure data integrity of the systems across the region and audit data from time to timeEnsure that appropriate process and systems controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactionsEnsure that all financial accounting and reporting is audit worthy and in keeping with recognized quality management processesEnsure all finance staff are well trained on the financial systems & are effectively able to extract dataRequired skills and qualifications10 to 12 years of professional experience in finance or accounting and reporting.Working experience in the Service Industry.Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to maintain confidentiality of company and client information.Ability to manage a team.Expertise in Excel & PowerPoint to work with complex data & presentation to varied management both JLL & client.Location: On-site –Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours:40If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
