Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated PHP Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in PHP development, especially with CodeIgniter and WordPress. The ideal candidate should also have solid frontend development skills using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and be capable of working on both existing projects and new development initiatives. You should be a team player with a problem-solving mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and frameworks like CodeIgniter and WordPress
  • Work with frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products
  • Optimize website performance, troubleshoot issues, and debug code as necessary
  • Work on custom WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements
  • Maintain and enhance existing web applications and handle legacy codebases
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding best practices
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 to 4 years of proven experience in PHP development
  • Strong expertise in CodeIgniter framework
  • Experience in WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins
  • Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Familiarity with MySQL and database design concepts
  • Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations
  • Basic understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git)
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of other PHP frameworks like Laravel (optional)
  • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • Exposure to modern JS frameworks , React, etc.) is a plus
  • Basic SEO understanding for WordPress

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
