Job Title: Job Description – Full Stack Developer (Python / PHP) Job Overview: We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong backend experience in Python and PHP to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build reliable APIs, manage databases, and support frontend integrations. Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) and PHP (Laravel).
• Build, test, and optimize RESTful APIs for internal and external consumption.
• Design and manage MySQL / PostgreSQL databases with a focus on performance and reliability
• Perform database query optimization and backend performance tuning
• Collaborate with frontend developers to support applications
• Integrate and maintain third-party APIs and external services
• Ensure application security, data validation, and access control
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
• Use Git for version control and work in a Linux / Unix environment
• Assist with deployment, monitoring, and production issue resolution Technical Requirements Backend Development (Required):
• Python with hands-on experience in Django / Flask / FastAPI.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python (Django) and PHP (Laravel)
• PHP (Laravel) with real-world production experience
• Strong experience in RESTful API development
• Hands-on work with MySQL / PostgreSQL databases
• Experience in performance tuning and database query optimization Frontend Development (Good to Have):
• Working knowledge of
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Strong fundamentals in HTML5 / CSS3
• Experience using Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS Other Technical Requirements:
• Strong experience with Git version control
• Comfortable working in Linux / Unix environments
• Experience with third-party API integrations
• Awareness of system scalability and performance considerations

Good to Have:
• Experience working with CRM / ERP systems
• Familiarity with Redis or other caching mechanisms
• Basic knowledge of Docker
• Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms
• Experience with Elasticsearch Roles & Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) and PHP (Laravel)
• Build, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs consumed by web and third-party applications
• Design and manage MySQL / PostgreSQL database schemas with a focus on performance and scalability
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks through query optimization and efficient backend logic
• Collaborate with frontend developers to support applications and API integrations
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data validation mechanisms
• Integrate and maintain third-party APIs and external services
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices
• Work in a Linux / Unix environment for development and deployment
• Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively within a team
• Assist in deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications in staging and production environments
• Support scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability of the system Preferred:
• Knowledge of WordPress.
• Experience in education or services industry
