Store Management

  • Receive, verify, and record all incoming raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other supplies.
  • Maintain proper storage as per GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Ayurvedic regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure FEFO/FIFO (First Expiry First Out / First In First Out) practices in material handling.
  • Keep accurate stock records (manual & software-based).
  • Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards in store areas.

Procurement

  • Identify and source raw materials, packaging items, and other supplies required for Ayurvedic product manufacturing.
  • Develop & maintain vendor relationships with Ayurvedic herb suppliers, packaging vendors, and other suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Raise purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) & Production teams for material approvals.
  • Maintain procurement documentation as per audit and compliance needs.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), inward & outward registers.
  • Ensure proper labeling, batch number tracking, and lot-wise record keeping.
  • Support internal & external audits (GMP, FDA, AYUSH inspections).
  • Maintain vendor documentation, agreements, and purchase records.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
