Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Intern role based in Mumbai. Interns will engage with prospective clients to generate leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure excellent customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include connecting with gated societies, giving product demonstrations, explaining the benefits of NoBrokerHood, and supporting the sales process by obtaining customer feedback. Interns will also assist in managing sales operations and achieving predefined sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships with clients and addressing their needs effectively
  • Should be Proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory
  • Should have a two wheeler with valid driver's license
  • Experience or interest in Sales, including Lead Generation and explaining product offerings via field visits
  • Understanding of Sales Operations, with the ability to track and optimize the sales process
  • Proactive attitude, ability to work independently, and results-driven mindset
  • Pursuing final year or holding a bachelor's degree in any relevant field
