Full job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented female CRM Executive to handle customer relationship management activities. The role involves ensuring excellent customer service, improving client satisfaction, managing CRM software, and supporting sales & after-sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update customer database using CRM tools/software .
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email and WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and service teams to ensure timely updates to clients.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, service requests, and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service history.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through regular engagement.
  • Generate and analyze CRM reports for internal review.
  • Support marketing campaigns, client communication, and promotional follow-ups.
  • Assisting the MD, setting up appointments, making travel arrangements.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in CRM/customer service/sales coordination roles.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English & Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software/tools.
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer lifecycle.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Prior experience in voice support required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA is a plus).

Experience:

  • 1 - 5 years of experience.
  • Past experience with support B2B customer over phone.
