Role Description

We are looking for a
Franchise Acquisition Specialist
who will be responsible for identifying potential investors, managing leads, and closing franchise deals for the brands we represent. This role demands strong communication, high passion for sales, and a winning mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with investor leads and qualify them for suitable franchise opportunities
  • Present brand information, business models, and investment plans confidently
  • Schedule meetings, conduct follow-ups, and close franchise transactions
  • Maintain CRM updates and drive the deal pipeline end-to-end
  • Build long-term profitable relationships with clients and brands
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets through franchise closures

Skills and key requirement

  • Proven passion for sales and business development
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • High ownership, discipline, and target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Experience in franchise sales, real estate, insurance, or financial products is a plus (but not mandatory)
  • Freshers with strong sales instincts are also welcome
