Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Softskills Trainer located in Gurugram. The Softskills Trainer will be responsible for developing, conducting, and evaluating training programs designed to enhance soft skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence. Day-to-day tasks include designing curriculum, facilitating workshops, providing one-on-one coaching, and assessing trainee performance to ensure competency development.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in developing and delivering engaging training programs
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback
• Proven ability to assess training effectiveness and make improvements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Training and Development are a plus
