Residential Mentor

Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Mentor to guide and support students within our campus. The mentor will be responsible for student management, academic coordination, and ensuring a structured and organized learning environment. This is a residential role, requiring the candidate to stay in the school hostel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Management & Documentation:
• Maintain and update student records, academic progress reports, and essential documents.
• Assist students with administrative and academic requirements.
• Class Coordination & Student Supervision:
• Ensure smooth scheduling and management of classes.
• Monitor student attendance, discipline, and overall well-being.
• Provide mentorship and support to students, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Faculty Coordination & Academic Support:
• Coordinate with faculty members regarding syllabus coverage, class schedules, and student performance.
• Assist in organizing academic programs, assignments, and study schedules.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Must have a Science background (minimum Plus Two Science).
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage students and create a disciplined yet friendly atmosphere.
• Experience in student mentoring, hostel management, or academic coordination is a plus.
