Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct title due diligence for various property types, considering regional legal nuances.
  • Provide legal advice and transactional support to the business team.
  • Develop and maintain standard legal templates and documentation guidelines.
  • Stay updated on laws and regulations impacting the retail mortgage business.
  • Coordinate with external legal vendors and track payments to law firms.
  • Maintain daily MIS and ensure accuracy in reporting.
  • Support initiatives for team knowledge and skill development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience with LLB degree required
  • Strong skills in drafting agreements, legal documentation, and due diligence.
  • Ability to review titles accurately and efficiently.
