Position : CMM Executive (On roll)

Qualification : 1 – 3 Years

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Handling of CMM (MITUTOYO), Contour cord, Brinell & Rockwell Hardness tester, Profile Projector, Roughness Tester.
  • Knowledge in CMM programming in both offline and online.
  • Cad model handling in CMM.
  • Instruments and Gauge handling such as Gauge Block, Vernier callipers, Micro meter, Inside callipers, Height gauge , Trimos and Limit gauges.
  • Strong knowledge on GD&T and Mechanical drawing reading skills.
  • Knowledge in Standard Room.
  • Inspection on CMM Program with respective product.
  • Verify the CMM report according to drawings and give approval to Quality.
  • Coordinate with Quality team during Setting approval and Deviation in Product.
  • Prepare a New gauges for New Product Development Parts according to drawings.
  • Doing Calibration activities with standard room team for all Gauges.
  • Develops, qualifies and maintains CMM programs.
  • Ensures that containment activities take place when discrepancies are identified.
  • Participates in the corrective action and preventative action processes.
  • Knowledge in MSA and SPC study.
  • Basic Knowledge in 7QC tools, Six Sigma, PPAP,8D Problem solving skills.
  • Utilizes a wide variety of inspection tools to complete dimensional reports.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication skills, and the ability to work with others in a team environment
  • Must be self-motivated, self-directed, and enthusiastic and work as team.
  • Available for travel as needed
  • BE & DME in degree Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 & IATF 16949:2016, etc...)
