As the The Business Process Expert for Indirect Procurement you will have command, authority, and expertise around the S N indirect material procurement processes and a deep business knowledge. You will be able to establish a global network of peers and stakeholders as well as have the ability to collaborate between global sites, peers, and IT team members.

What will you be doing?

• Creation and maintenance of the process maps and business blueprints for the respective value streams and map them in Signavio.

• Work with business stakeholders and IT partners to define optimal to-be process and map in Signavio

• Support any change management and training activities relating with the Procurement workstream.

• Identify, documented, and propose alternative solutions for any business process gap.

• Introduce and champion the change and system introduction/implementation in the respective expertise area.

• Support and participate in the validation of the solution through acceptance and regression testing.

• Ensure data integrity in systems by identifying and leading efforts to keep all information update by responsible areas when need it, such us lead times, production capacities, etc.

• Ensure personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.

• Develop metrics and support process development, deployment, and implementation across the business processes to ensure governance and control attachment to the std process defined

What will you need to be successful?

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field

• Significant & hands-on experience in related field

• SAP and Ariba experience (nice to have)

• Ability to work independently or under little supervision and lead process review and improvement to achieve the goals

• Communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders

• English language proficiency
