Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an IPQC Supervisor. The IPQC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing in-process quality control activities during the manufacturing of capsules, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, issuing reports, ensuring adherence to SOPs, and collaborating with quality assurance departments to maintain product standards. The role also requires identifying potential quality issues and implementing corrective actions to minimize production discrepancies.

**Qualifications

BSc or MSc in Chemistry or Bio chemistry.**

• Strong knowledge of in-process quality assurance in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment
• Experience in conducting inspections, monitoring production processes, and ensuring adherence to SOPs
• Skills in documentation, record-keeping, and report preparation related to quality standards
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
