We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to manage and supervise daily housekeeping operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness hygiene, and service standards while leading the housekeeping team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily housekeeping activities and staff deployment.
  • Ensure cleanliness of rooms, offices, washrooms, and common areas.
  • Train and guide housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning materials and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with company hygiene and safety standards.
  • Handle staff attendance, duty rosters, and performance monitoring
  • Coordinate with management for special cleaning tasks or events.
  • Address and resolve housekeeping - related issue promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
  • knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
