Role & responsibilities

Project Execution & Management

• Lead all site activities related to wind project construction, including civil, electrical, and mechanical works.
• Manage installation and commissioning of wind turbines, substations, and evacuation infrastructure.
• Coordinate with OEMs, EPC contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely progress.
• Monitor project schedule, budget, and quality to ensure alignment with overall goals.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards across all site activities.
• Liaise with corporate teams for engineering, procurement, logistics, and reporting.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary site teams including engineers, supervisors, and support staff.
• Organize daily and weekly review meetings to track progress, risks, and mitigation actions.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Interface with local authorities, landowners, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
• Ensure necessary permits, clearances, and statutory requirements are met and maintained.
• Coordinate with utility companies for grid connection and synchronization activities.
