Job Title: HR Head

Key Responsibilities

• Drive HR strategy and workforce planning aligned with plant/business goals.
• Partner with leadership on change management and culture building.
• Lead recruitment for all plant roles (blue- & white-collar).
• Implement training, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement, trust-building, and inclusive culture.
• Oversee performance management, appraisals, and employee development.
• Ensure statutory compliance (labor laws, contract labor, etc.).
• Formulate and update HR policies as per best practices.
• Adopt HR technology and analytics for decision-making.
• Manage HR operations across multiple plants/units.
• Present HR insights/metrics to leadership and influence decisions.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of HR experience in Manufacturing / FMCG / Food industry.
• Experience in plant-level HR, multi-location operations, and HR set-up.
• Strong knowledge of managing both blue- & white-collar workforce.
• Proven ability in HR policy, compliance, and organizational change.
• Familiar with HR technologies, ERP, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or Business Administration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55, ₹80,000.00 per month
