Skill Set Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) methodologies.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or Minitab.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation abilities.

Experience and Qualification:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Excellence or Process Improvement in a chemical, rubber, or process industry.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate, preferably with Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt / Black Belt) or Operations Excellence certification.
