Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Dairy Technologist located in Salcette, with some work from home acceptable. The Dairy Technologist will be responsible for overseeing the production of dairy products, conducting sensory evaluations, and ensuring food quality standards are met. Daily tasks include researching and developing new flavors and products, improving existing formulations, and working cross-functionally with the quality control and production teams to maintain high standards.
Qualifications
- Food Technology and Dairy Products knowledge
- Experience in Sensory Evaluation and Food Science
- Skills in Research and Development (R&D)
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Dairy Science, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience in the frozen foods industry is a plus
