Job Title: Outbound Sales Executive (Shop-to-Shop)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Outbound Sales Executive to join our team in Nagpur. The role involves visiting retail shops and local businesses to promote and sell our products/services, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct shop-to-shop visits to promote and sell company products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Represent the company professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, retail sales, or outbound sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
  • Local area knowledge (Nagpur) is an added advantage.
