InfyStrat is on the lookout for an experienced Oracle HCM Fusion Consultant to join our HR solutions team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, focusing on areas such as Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll. Your expertise will help guide our clients in maximizing the value of their Oracle HCM investment while ensuring seamless integration with business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HCM modules, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver customized solutions. Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure Oracle HCM Fusion modules according to client requirements.
  • Advise clients on best practices and strategies for utilizing HCM solutions effectively.
  • Conduct requirements gathering workshops and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure successful deployment of HCM solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients post-implementation.
  • Stay current with Oracle updates and features to deliver superior solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HCM solutions with other business applications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience implementing and managing Oracle HCM Fusion solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM modules like Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, and Payroll.
  • Experience with HCM integrations and data migration processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are a strong plus.
