Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory standards. - Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks on construction sites. - Lead safety training programs for employees and contractors to enhance awareness and promote best practices. - Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety requirements into project plans and timelines. - Investigate accidents or incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend preventive actions. - Stay updated on industry trends and changes in safety regulations to ensure continuous improvement. - Mentor and guide junior safety officers to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. - Prepare reports and presentations on safety performance, incidents, and preventive measures for management review.
Qualifications
Education Qualification- Any Degree in a related field (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering).
Experience- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in Safety management within the Real Estate industry. - Proven track record of successfully implementing construction safety measures and conducting risk assessments. - Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive a safety-first culture in the workplace.
