Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Caretaker to maintain the upkeep and organize the institutional building. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall maintenance of the premises.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all areas of the facility and utilities including floors, windows, and surfaces

• Perform routine maintenance tasks,

• Manage waste disposal and recycling

• Maintain outdoor spaces, including landscaping.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Report any damages or issues to management

• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless operations

• Key management and Lift management

• Manage Housekeeping, manage Security personnels.

• Ensure cleanliness at all times of inside and outside building premises

• Willing to do clerical duties also

Requirements:

• Any qualification

• Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Age Above 40 Yrs

Working Conditions:

• Accommodation is provided in the premises

• Work timings will be 8 am – 8 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
