Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the companys overall accounting function, including AP, AR, General Ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing and reporting.
  • Handle statutory compliance – GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Supervise internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Monitor cash flow, fund allocation, and working capital management.
  • Lead a small accounts team, ensuring process efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies, systems, and controls.

Must-Have Requirements

  • B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter with strong industry experience.
  • 10–14 years of proven experience in core accounting & financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with management and auditors.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
  • Preference for immediate joiners or with 15-30 days notice period only.
