We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. The CRE will be responsible for ensuring a positive and efficient service experience, building strong customer relationships, and effectively managing customer interactions from initial inquiry to vehicle handover. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with a passion for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Reception and Interaction

  • Service Coordination

  • Customer Follow-up and Relationship Management

  • Problem Solving and Complaint Handling

  • Workshop Presentation and Administration

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and English (knowledge of other local languages is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to listen actively and empathize with customer concerns.
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
