Location: Vision IAS Head Office, 3rd Floor, Apsara Arcade, Karol Bagh Metro Station, Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: 30,000 35,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

We are expanding our social media content and are looking for a talented Anchor / Video Presenter who can bring educational content to life on camera.
Role Overview
We are seeking a confident, articulate, and engaging Anchor/Video Presenter to be the face of our video-based content for UPSC aspirants. The ideal candidate should be experienced in front of the camera, passionate about education, and able to communicate complex ideas in a simple and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Present UPSC-related educational content in front of the camera in a clear, confident, and engaging manner.
- Host interviews, discussions, panel sessions, and explainer videos featuring subject matter experts, toppers, and mentors.
- Collaborate with scriptwriters and academic teams to prepare for each shoot.
- Provide inputs during content development to enhance viewer engagement.
- Maintain a strong on-screen presence and uphold the Vision IAS brand values.
- Participate in rehearsals, voice-overs, and post-production reviews.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality video sessions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- On-Camera Experience: Prior experience as a presenter, host, or anchor in an educational or media setup is a must.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong command over Hindi and/or English with clear diction and engaging delivery.
- Educational Background: Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field is preferred.
- UPSC Exposure: Familiarity with the UPSC Civil Services Examination (either as a serious aspirant or having worked in the ecosystem) is highly desirable.
- Comfort with Technical Setup: Basic understanding of camera, teleprompter, lighting, and audio setups.
- Professionalism: Ability to handle deadlines, take feedback positively, and adapt quickly to different formats and topics.

- Ability to simplify complex topics for students.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling.
- Passionate about education, public service, and current affairs.
