Overview
We are seeking an innovative Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and maintain intelligent agent-based systems that interact with enterprise data and workflows. The ideal candidate is a software developer turned AI practitioner — someone who has evolved with the rise of Large Language Models (LLMs) and can orchestrate multi-agent frameworks using models like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others.
You will work on our proprietary agentic framework, integrating it with enterprise systems via MCP servers, ensuring seamless data access, automation, and secure deployment across GCP, AWS, and hybrid environments.
What Will You Do?
- Design, implement, and optimize AI agent workflows within our in-house agentic framework.
- Integrate multiple LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, etc.) into production pipelines.
- Develop and maintain enterprise connectors through MCP servers for secure data access.
- Build and deploy scalable microservices and APIs connecting AI agents with enterprise applications.
- Manage the full software lifecycle: development, versioning, deployment, and maintenance using GitHub, CI/CD, and containerized environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, product, infra) to ensure AI agents meet operational and compliance standards.
- Monitor model behavior, fine-tune prompts, and optimize cost-performance balance across LLM providers.
- Contribute to R&D initiatives on multi-agent orchestration, tool usage, and enterprise AI governance.
The Must-Haves
- Strong programming background in Python, JavaScript ), TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Experience with AI agentic frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, LangGraph, or similar orchestration tools.
- Hands-on with LLM APIs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Mistral, etc.) and prompt engineering best practices.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure: GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery), AWS (Bedrock, S3, Lambda), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with MCP server architecture and enterprise data integrations (REST, GraphQL, MongoDB, SQL).
- Proficient in DevOps workflows (GitHub Actions, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines).
- Understanding of security, access management, and compliance for enterprise AI systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience developing or maintaining multi-agent systems for enterprise-scale data.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Exposure to frontend frameworks (React, ) for agent dashboards or monitoring tools.
- Experience with AI system evaluation, monitoring, and safety tuning.
- Contributions to open-source AI agentic projects or internal AI accelerators.
