Primary Teacher

JOB PURPOSE:

creating engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum guidelines, facilitating student learning through various activities, assessing student progress through assignments and exams, and maintaining a disciplined and supportive classroom environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning & Delivery: Develop and deliver lessons based on the national curriculum framework, ensuring they are engaging, challenging, and cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Instructional Activities: Lead classes through lectures, demonstrations, discussions, and interactive learning experiences to reinforce concepts.
• Student Assessment: Assign, evaluate, and grade homework, quizzes, and tests to monitor student progress and provide detailed reports.
• Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive, supportive, and disciplined classroom environment.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Parental Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to discuss student progress, academic performance, and any behavioral issues.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other teachers, grade-level staff, and support professionals to develop unified teaching strategies and school-wide programs.

Student Development:

• Guidance & Support: Provide academic and social-emotional guidance to students, supporting their overall development and well-being.
• Personalization: Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the individual needs of students with diverse learning styles and backgrounds.
