Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement NLP models and algorithms to process large datasets.

  • Assist in the deployment of machine learning models in production environments.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Document processes, projects, and findings for transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct experiments to optimize model parameters and enhance performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Implement best practices for software development including version control and testing.
  • Engage in agile project management practices to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Natural Language Processing and Python programming.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience with libraries like NLTK, SpaCy, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of statistical modeling and data analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib or Seaborn.
  • Experience in developing APIs and integrating with software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL for data manipulation.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies.
  • Passion for learning and staying updated with industry trends.
