Quality Analyst

Responsibilities:

1. Manual Testing: Plan, design, and execute comprehensive manual test cases to verify the functionality, usability, and performance of our software applications.
2. API Load Testing: Utilize API load testing tools (e.g., POSTMAN, JMeter,etc.) to simulate heavy user traffic and analyze application performance under various load conditions.
3. Web Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using web automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, etc.) to streamline the testing process and increase test coverage is an add on.
4. Test Strategy: Collaborate with the development and QA teams to create a comprehensive test strategy and test plans that align with project requirements and business objectives.
5. Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems, ensuring all issues are communicated effectively to the development team for resolution.
6. Test Data Management: Create and maintain realistic test data sets to facilitate accurate and efficient testing across different test environments.
7. Regression Testing: Conduct regular regression testing to ensure new features and enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
8. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze application performance metrics during load testing and collaborate with the development team to address performance bottlenecks.
9. Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to the testing process, tools, and methodologies to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of testing efforts.
10. Test Documentation: Maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results, to ensure a well-documented and organized testing process.
11. Should have a Puzzle based and Scenario based approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹237, ₹930,357.21 per year
