Job Description

• Take care of all the Import Export related Activities.

• Manages the import/export process and ensures compliance with foreign government laws and regulations.

• Liasoning with DGFT, Export benefits under various Government Schemes ECGC.

• Expedites the flow of traffic to/from foreign destinations, including customs documentation and transportation.

• Oversees the completion of paperwork and monetary transactions associated with international distribution in a timely manner.

• Negotiate with clients or handle issues with customs officials.

• Consultation of the clients regarding insurances, duties and taxes. Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations.

• Search for possibilities to reduce taxes.

• Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization's sales activities.

• Budget and Manage International Trade and Taxations.

• Resolve the Issue regarding the Export Orders.

• Report to Management on activities and Issue.

• Coordination with the CHA for on-going issues with custom and CFS..

• Correspondence with Import suppliers.

Education

Any graduate & Diploma in Import Export

Having 2-5 years of Experience in relevant field.
