We are seeking an experienced SAP PS (Project Systems) Consultant to support our ongoing and upcoming SAP initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP PS configuration, integration, and end-to-end project management processes within SAP ERP or S/4HANA environments. This is a freelance/remote opportunity for professionals who can join immediately or within 15 days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Project Systems (PS) modules.
  • Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Handle end-to-end project lifecycle activities including project structuring, budgeting, planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and settlement.
  • Integrate SAP PS with other modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, etc.
  • Provide support for S/4HANA migration, rollouts, enhancements, and production issues.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT processes.
  • Prepare detailed documentation including functional specs, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Ensure best practices, process optimization, and continuous improvement within SAP PS functionalities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP PS implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
  • Strong knowledge of WBS, Network Activities, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Allocations, Settlement, Project Tracking, etc.
  • Experience in SAP PS integration with FI/CO/MM/SD/PM.
  • Strong understanding of project accounting and controlling processes.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with global stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • SAP PS certification is a plus.
