Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive to join our dynamic Business Support Team. This position is ideal for candidates who have a strong affinity for numbers, enjoy working with data, and possess excellent analytical and Excel skills. As a Business Support Executive, you will be responsible for supporting various business functions through accurate data analysis, reporting, and calculations, contributing to the teams overall efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights to support business operations and decision-making.

2. Calculation & Reconciliation: Perform accurate calculations and data reconciliations to support business processes and maintain data integrity.

3. Excel Expertise: Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) to process large data sets and generate reports.

4. Database Management: Organize and maintain large sets of business data, ensuring accuracy and completeness for reporting purposes.

5. Support Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with different departments (Finance, Operations, etc.) to provide necessary data support and insights.

6. Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to current processes and data handling techniques to optimize efficiency.

7. Ad-Hoc Analysis: Handle ad-hoc data analysis requests from internal teams and senior management.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large volumes of data and provide meaningful insights.
2. Proficiency in Excel: Advanced skills in Excel (formulas like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, LEFT/RIGHT, TEXT functions, pivot tables, data visualization and concatenation).
3. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry, calculations, and reporting.
4. Good Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate findings and results to team members and management.
5. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving ability to handle data-related challenges effectively.
6. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Freshers Welcome: Candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
