Role Description

This is a full-time Intern role based on-site in Gurugram. As an intern, you will assist with tasks such as scheduling and coordinating therapy appointments, managing client inquiries, preparing client-related documentation, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting administrative and operational activities. Additionally, you may contribute to mental health awareness initiatives and help research topics related to psychological well-being and counseling practices. The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in mental health care practices and operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including active listening and empathetic communication
  • Organizational skills for managing schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring operational efficiency
  • Proficiency in research and an understanding of mental health topics
  • Basic knowledge of psychology, counseling practices, or mental health care is preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity when handling client information
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is a plus
